By accessing or using any Intellidata platform, website or service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Intellidata provides enterprise intelligence platforms including Themis and Maestro. Access to these platforms is governed by a separate commercial agreement between your organisation and Intellidata. These terms apply to general use of our website and pre-contractual engagements including Proof of Value programmes.

All intellectual property in Intellidata platforms, products, documentation and website content is owned by Intellidata or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos or proprietary technology outside of the scope of an agreed commercial arrangement.

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Use our services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our platforms
• Transmit malicious code, interfere with or disrupt our services

To the extent permitted by law, Intellidata and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via our website. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
